The P1 Pro is a great pre-built solar repeater. Next to the Atlavox Beacon(which is more expensive) this is our most recommended pre-built unit. Depending on the options you choose, you'll get up to 4 18650 batteries included as well. The mounting bracket offers many options, and even includes holes to upgrade from the included SMA antenna to a much stronger N-Type, which we strongly recommend. One gotcha with this unit - the SMA is reverse polarity (RP-SMA) so be sure to get the right accessories if you're adapting it.
